It would help considerably if you could not only attach a photo or two of the repair (please attach externally as a jpg, and NOT within the body of the email itself!), include the bear's size, and describe what you would like done in as much detail as possible.

If you forget to send a photo, Ambrosia will simply request one when she gets in touch! Equally, if you forget to describe what you would like done or do not tell her the size (in cm or inches), she will only ask when she replies : )
